1. Service description

QuvtyQR is a software service (SaaS) that lets businesses create and manage a digital QR menu and optionally take orders/reservations.

2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu content you upload (prices, allergens, images).
• Content that is illegal, misleading or infringes third-party rights may not be published.

3. Plans and payment

• The Starter plan is free and offered with the stated limits (number of categories, products, etc.).
• The Business plan is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription; payments are taken via Stripe.
• If a subscription payment can't be taken, your account returns to the Starter-plan view after a grace period. Your Pro data isn't deleted; once paid, you continue where you left off.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subject to legal regulations, no refund is given for a partial period.

5. Service continuity

We strive to provide the service without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen events. The service is provided "as is".

6. Intellectual property

The QuvtyQR software, design and brand belong to us. The content you upload to your menu remains yours; you only grant us the license needed to provide the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. The current terms are published on this page.
